Directions to the 1300 Valley House Drive,
Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster  
From Santa Rosa on Petaluma Hill Road:
1. Head south from Santa Rosa on Petaluma Hill Road (Petaluma Hill Road
intersects Santa Rosa Ave. just pass the fairgrounds & Hwy 12);
2. Stay on Petaluma Hill Rd. heading towards Rohnert Park, Sonoma State
University, and Penngrove. Your traveling distance is approximately 8-10 miles;
3. Turn right at the light onto Valley House Drive;
4. Go straight through the 1st stop sign entering into Sonoma Mountain Village
(you’ll see the temporary monument sign);
5. Make your 1st right and follow the road passing a couple of large parking lots;
6. Shortly after the road bends to the right, you’ll come to a four-way stop sign;
7. At the four-way stop sign, continue straight and then make a left at the first
driveway leading into the parking lot;
8. Find a spot to park and head south into Building 1300 to the reception desk at
Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster.
Heading South on the 101 from Santa Rosa: 
1. Exit East Cotati / Hwy 116;
2. Turn left onto Hwy 116 at the light;
3. Turn right onto Old Redwood Hwy (I believe its the 2nd light);
4. Go through one stop sign and turn left at the light onto East Cotati Ave.;
5. Drive down East Cotati Ave. (pass Oliver’s Market on your right hand side) until
you come to Camino Collegio;
6. Turn right onto Camino Collegio;
7. Drive through 2 stop signs and make a right about 30 ft. after the 2nd stop sign
(you’ll drive through an open gate);
8. At the 4-way stop, make a right;
9. Make a left at the first driveway leading into the parking lot;
10. Find a spot to park and head south into Building 1300 to the reception desk at
Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster.
Heading North on the 101 from Marin/Petaluma: 
1. Exit Old Redwood Highway;
2. Turn right off the exit onto Petaluma Hill Road and head north for a few miles;
3. *Landmark – you’ll pass through the charming town of Penngrove on your way to
Sonoma Mountain Village;
4. Turn left at the light onto Valley House Drive;
5. Go straight through the 1st stop sign entering into Sonoma Mountain Village
(you’ll see the temporary monument sign);
6. Make your 1st right and follow the road passing a couple of large parking lots;
7. Shortly after the road bends to the right, you’ll come to a four-way stop sign;
